Do I need to book beforehand?

Reservation is required for all the buses. We will stop at only the pick-up/drop-off points being booked.

Will I be on the waiting list when a bus is full?

A

No,we won’t take any request for it.

I have not received a confirmation e-mail. Is my reservation ok?

A

There might be a security setting when receiving e-mails so you will maybe find it in the junk mail box. Please check. If you can not find anything, please let us know by call or e-mail (You perhaps haven't completed your reservation etc.).

I failed making a reservation from our website many times. Can you please help me?

A

Error parts are shown in red (Access time is maybe short to catch a bus, you missed filling in one of the required parts etc.). Please check.

Can I please get a receipt?

A

Please write down the name, provision for the receipt and your address that you would like to receive it by mail in remarks when booking. We will send it after confirming your payment.
