When is the closing date for reservation?
You can book any bus/tour by 9 days prior to departure. (Please note that some tours may have the setting for a minimum number of participants or the fixed number of participants.) After that, you can book if there are available seats by 3 days (by 18:00) prior to departure.
Do I need to book beforehand?
Reservation is required for all the buses. We will stop at only the pick-up/drop-off points being booked.
Will I be on the waiting list when a bus is full?
No,we won’t take any request for it.
I have not received a confirmation e-mail. Is my reservation ok?
There might be a security setting when receiving e-mails so you will maybe find it in the junk mail box. Please check. If you can not find anything, please let us know by call or e-mail (You perhaps haven't completed your reservation etc.).
I failed making a reservation from our website many times. Can you please help me?
Error parts are shown in red (Access time is maybe short to catch a bus, you missed filling in one of the required parts etc.). Please check.
