*Please refrain from talking in a loud voice not to disturb others.
*In order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, Eating and drinking in silence are allowed but please keep clean afterwards. Also Drinking on the vehicle is prohibited.
*Smoking is prohibited.
*Talking on the mobile phone is prohibited and please set it to silent. And please use earphones when listening to music or watching movies.
What should I do if I leave my stuff on the bus?
Please contact Hokkaido Access Network and let the staff know your name and bus# you were on and the date you used the bus. If lost article has been found, it will be sent to your designated address by mail. Please be responsible for all the fees related to delivery.
What time is the meeting time? How do I check in?
Please come to the meeting point 10 min. (15min. at the airport) prior to the departure time as requested when you made a reservation. You can check in at our counter or by the driver so please let them know your name. Please check Meeting Point List
Are there bathrooms on the bus?
They are not equipped on the bus. We have a toilet break according to the schedule so please check before joining your tour.
