Have all the seats been assigned? Can I request where I would like to sit?
NO seats will be assigned so please sit anywhere you like. There might be a case that we make a seating chart, however, we won’t take any request for it.
How many bags can I bring with me and leave them in the trunk?
There is no rule but you might not be able to bring extra - large luggage.
Can I leave a wheelchair in the trunk?
Yes, but the size has to be within Length/120cm, Depth/32cm,Height/109cm,Weight/20kg and it can be folded or placed sideways. If a passenger on a wheelchair is not able to move on his/her own, please travel with someone who can support.（There will be costs for the traveling companion,too.)
Is there any discount for disabled people?
No, there is not.
Do you have any rules on the bus?
*Please refrain from talking in a loud voice not to disturb others.
*In order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, Eating and drinking in silence are allowed but please keep clean afterwards. Also Drinking on the vehicle is prohibited.
*Smoking is prohibited.
*Talking on the mobile phone is prohibited and please set it to silent. And please use earphones when listening to music or watching movies.
