Please understand that you might receive reply on the next day if you send an e-mail after 15:00.
It might take a while to reply by e-mail so please give us a call if you have any urgent request, especially regarding any cancellation or modification for the next day.

* Please understand that there is a case we won' t be able to accept your request after 8 days prior to the travel date, due to the status of our bus operation.
* We won't be able to take any request about changing your travel date or the bus(tour). Please cancel the current reservation and make a new one. Therefore, relevant cancellation fee and the fee for the new reservation will be applied.
