The bus runs everyday from 15th Dec.2025 to 15th Jan.2026 and 22nd Mar.2026 to 5th Apr.2026.
*Bus services #1308 and #1309 will not operate from 29th Dec.2025 to 5th Jan.2026.
*If you are getting on and off the bus at another location in the same group, please book separately.
*If you make a round day trip to Tomamu Ski Area, it is convenient to get on/off the bus at Tomamu Resort Center.
*Please check each meeting point in advance from here.
*Tokachigawa Onsen Kangetsuen will be closed from 1st Apr. to 5th Apr., during this period, only Tokachigawa Daiichi Hotel will be available for stopovers. Thank you for your understanding.
*At Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel, day-use hot spring bathing is available from 13:30 on Mondays and Thursdays. Depending on your arrival time, you may need to wait until the bathing facility opens. We appreciate your understanding.
*There is no parking lot at each meeting place. Please use public transportation to reach the meeting place.

*Only customers using Hoshino Resorts Tomamu can use this service.
*Current course is not a travel commodity, but a reservation page for free shuttle buses to ski resorts and hotels.
*Due to pre-reservation system, please make a reservation at least 9 days in advance. However, it may not be possible to make a reservation even 9 days in advance according to suspension or full seats. Please note that reservations will be closed as soon as the capacity is reached.
*Reservations can only be made 8 to 3 days in advance if there are vacant seats.
*Due to non-stop bus, please go to the restroom before boarding.
*Depending on road/weather conditions, the bus might be delayed or cancelled..
【Modification and Cancellation】
*We can accept modification or cancellation by e-mail or telephone.
In case of by telephone, please call us during our business days and business hours.
Business hours 9:00～18:00(open 365 days).
*For changes or cancellations on the day before or on the day, please contact us by phone.
【Notes】
*Smoking is not allowed on the bus.
*Please be seated anywhere you like. However, we might ask you to take a seat on an allocated seat when the bus is full.
*Please refrain from talking on the phone on the bus.
*Please make sure to fasten your seat belt.
*Please take off your ski or snowboard boots on the bus.
*We can keep a set of ski equipment and one luggage in a trunk of the bus per person.
*Please note that those who will bring ski and snowboard stuff, please put them in a ski(snowboard) case or bag. If you don’t put them in a ski(snowboard) case or bag, they might cause of broken your stuff or even the others in the trunk during putting on/off the bus or when running the bus.
*Please be considerate and try not to disturb others.

The bathing fee must be paid individually by each guest.

Children (1 year old to elementary school students): 500 JPY (tax included)
Opening Hours: 13:00 – 21:00
(Open from 13:30 on Mondays and Thursdays)
※ Complimentary rental face towels and bath towels are available. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.

・Weekdays & Sundays: 13:00 – 21:00
・Saturdays & Designated Peak Days: 13:00 – 15:00
※ Designated peak days include major holidays such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year’s holidays.
※ Complimentary rental face towels and bath towels are available. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.

Meeting Time
- *Please come to the meeting point 10 min prior to your departure and 15 min prior to your departure if you are departing from the airport.
- *About the meeting time, please make sure to come to the meeting point. The bus won’t wait for passengers who haven’t arrived before the departure time. We treat those passengers as non-participants without any notice.
- *All courses require a reservation. The bus will not make stops at places where there is no reservation(several areas).
- *Please check your meeting point before your departure date.
