【Examination Details】
Consultation and Interview: Includes medical history, family history, auscultation (listening to internal body sounds), and interview. Combined with analysis of test results.
DWIBS Scan: A whole-body scan using an MRI machine, covering from the neck, chest, abdomen, to pelvis in a single session.
Common Conditions Suspected When Abnormalities Are Found: Cancer risk detection (lung cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, etc.)
CD-ROM: An image disc will be provided on the same day.
Examination Report: A health checkup report translated into English or Chinese will be provided in digital format.

We can accept modification or cancellation by e-mail or telephone and FAX.
In case of by telephone, please call us during our business days and business hours.

When we take modification and cancellation by e-mail or FAX off business hours, we regards received date of cancellation.
If you would like to make some change on your booking details such as a tour code and travel date 14 days prior to your departure, please cancel your current booking first then make a new booking. So please check each cancellation fee below.

(1) 在确认是否可以进行体检和是否可以乘坐出租车后，我们将通过您申请时登记的电子邮件或电话号码与您联系。 （使用日期前14天以内提出申请的，将另行通知。）
如果没有空位且我们无法做出安排，我们可能会拒绝您的预订。

After confirming whether you can take the medical examination and whether taxi availability, we will contact you via the email or phone number you registered when you applied. *If you apply within 14 days before the date of use, we will notify you separately.
If there are no vacancies and we cannot arrange, we may reject your reservation. we may reject your reservation.

After your payment is confirmed, JMHC (Japan Medical and Health Tourism Center) will send you a set of medical questionnaires in advance and provide you with instructions prior to the medical examination, including the request for document submission.
（4）我们将通过电子邮件向您发送旅行所需的行程。请务必在出发当天携带。 （也可以电子方式保存，例如手机上）
We will send you the itinerary required for your trip by email. Please be sure to bring it with you on the day of departure. *You can also save it electronically, for example on your mobile phone.
（5）在您出发前1至2天，我们会向您发送一封电子邮件，其中包含接您的出租车车辆和集合地点的信息。
1-2 days before departure you will receive an email with information on the taxi vehicle and meeting point.
