How can I make payment?
You can pay by credit card, Alipay, UnionPay or WeChat Pay.
When using Alipay, registration will be required.
When using WeChat Pay, registrarion and install an App will be required.
How can I get refund if I choose to pay by credit card, Alipay, Union Pay or WeChat Pay?
You will receive refund through credit card, Alipay, Union Pay or WeChat Pay depending on your payment method. It will be the customer's responsibility for the settlement fee on credit card/Alipay/Union Pay/WeChat Pay refund.
Have all the seats been assigned? Can I request where I would like to sit?
NO seats will be assigned so please sit anywhere you like. There might be a case that we make a seating chart, however, we won’t take any request for it.
How many bags can I bring with me and leave them in the trunk?
(Passengers on Ski Shuttle bus) A set of ski/snowboard equipment and one luggage will be allowed to bring and leave in the trunk per person.
(Passengers on Sightseeing bus) There is no rule but you might not be able to bring extra - large luggage.
