【How to Booking】
1.Request for Quotation

We will send e-mail to you with a reply about quotation with comfirm the availability.
Please understand in advance, You can't make booking if it is not any available.
So we recommend an early contact.
2.You can pay by either of the following methods.
■PayPal
It will be sent an invoice through PayPal, and it is useful even if you do not have an account.
■Interactive Voice Response payment system
It will be transferred to automated guidance system once it has been completed the booking.
You will have to input your credit card information such as credit card number, expired date, and security code according to the guidance.
3.Final confirmation
We will send e-mail to you with final comfirmation after we can comfirm your payment.
*The fee don't include the entrance fee for any facilities, lunch, dinner and other options.
*Depending on road/weather conditions, a tour might be delayed or cancelled. You won't receive any refund when cancelling under such condition.
*It may not be possible to make a reservation because there are no vacancies.
*This tour is a next-generation cycling tour that aims to be as carbon neutral and environmentally friendly as possible.
It is designed to protect the environment and nurture local tourism by carbon offsetting the CO2 emitted during the tour, in the form of donating forest carbon credits（J-VER） to the municipalities along the cycle route.
Purchased offset credits(1,000JPY) will be used for the conservation of forests owned by Hokkaido such as Mt. Yotei.
Offsetting your carbon emissions is optional, but we hope you will join us in protecting the environment.

We can accept modification or cancellation by e-mail or telephone and FAX.
In case of by telephone, please call us during our business days and business hours.
Business hours 9:00～18:00(open 365 days)
When we take modification and cancellation by e-mail or FAX off business hours, we regards received date of cancellation.
If you'd like to cancel your reservation of that day, please call us directly.
If you would like to make some change on your booking details such as a tour code and travel date 7 days prior to your departure, please cancel your current booking first then make a new booking. So please check each cancellation fee below.
Please note you are responsible for all bank charges related to the sending of payment.
